POWER OF ATTORNEY

When you are buying, selling, renting out your property (Private or HDB) and would like to like to entrust someone else to act on your behalf, you can sign a Power of Attorney.

Particulars of the Property - Step 1 of 5
(Note: By default, 'General Management' clauses are included in the Power of Attorney.)

Where the Property has more than one (1) legal owner/purchaser, the POA prepared will state clearly that any monies due to the legal owners/purchasers would be issued in the joint names of ALL legal owners/purchasers (i.e. where there are two (2) legal owners of the Property (for example, A and B), all monies due to them would be issued in the name of “A AND B” only).
